Every novel begins with a question that won’t leave me alone.
Sometimes it’s sparked by a handful of handwritten pages my father left behind about flying B-24 bombers during World War II. Sometimes it’s inspired by a forgotten moment in history, a family secret, or an extraordinary life hidden behind an ordinary one.
Although my stories span different places and eras—from wartime New York to the Greek islands to the golden age of Hollywood—they share one belief: history is most compelling when experienced through the people who lived it.
I’m drawn to characters who find themselves at life’s crossroads, where love, loss, ambition, courage, and hope collide. Their journeys may begin decades ago, but the choices they face are timeless.
